Mentor Sessions
4 touchpoints with a domain expert: (1) Group kickoff - Week 1, all 20–40 cohort members. (2) Small group midpoint - Week 4, 5–8 people, domain-specific problems. (3) Small group project review - Week 6, review your automation build. (4) 1:1 final efficiency review - Week 8, your personal AI efficiency report.
