Who We Are

IMAnthropic Learning (“IMAnthropic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates imanthropic.com and the associated community platform, curriculum, and services. For privacy inquiries, contact privacy@imanthropic.com.

What Data We Collect

Data you provide directly

• Registration information: First name, email address - collected when you join the free community or waitlist.
• Professional background: Domain, role, company size, years of experience - collected via intake questionnaire for paid cohorts.
• Application data: Full name, LinkedIn profile, professional background - collected if you apply to become a mentor.
• Payment information: Billing details processed by Stripe. IMAnthropic does not store card numbers.
• Communications: Emails, form submissions, and support messages.

Data collected automatically

• Usage data: Pages visited, time on page, session duration - collected via privacy-preserving analytics.
• Community participation: Posts, replies, and engagement stored by Circle.so under their privacy policy.
• Course progress: Sessions completed, stored in browser local storage for Session 01 - not transmitted to our servers.

How We Use Your Data

• Routing and cohort assignment based on domain preference and professional background
• Communication: confirmations, cohort updates, waitlist notifications, newsletter (if subscribed)
• Efficiency measurement to produce your personal AI efficiency report and certificate
• Aggregate reporting for enterprise clients (per-employee data shared with contracting organization)
• Platform improvement using anonymized usage data
• Legal compliance, including EU AI Act documentation requirements

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with:

• Circle.so: Our community platform. GDPR-compliant.
• Anthropic: Usage data passes through Anthropic's infrastructure when you use Claude API.
• Stripe: Payment processing. PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store card details.
• Your employer (enterprise only): Per-employee completion data, efficiency reports, and certificates.
• Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or regulatory request.

Data Retention

• Free community accounts: Retained for the life of the account. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• Waitlist data: Retained until cohort confirmation or 24 months of inactivity.
• Paid subscription data: Retained for the life of the subscription plus 7 years for financial compliance.
• Efficiency reports and certificates: Retained indefinitely for verification purposes.

Your GDPR Rights

If you are in the EEA, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data. Note: deletion of certification records may affect certificate verifiability.
• Right to restriction: Request that we limit processing of your personal data.
• Right to data portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object: Object to processing for direct marketing purposes at any time.
